My client is a UK Top 100 firm consistently ranked in Legal 500 and Chambers. They are seeking a Construction Solicitor to advise on a broad mix of non-contentious and contentious matters.

The role involves drafting and negotiating amendments to standard-form contracts such as JCT, NEC, and FIDIC for high-profile developments, including sustainable buildings and major infrastructure projects. You will also advise on consultant appointments, collateral warranties, and innovations, while collaborating on complex disputes.

The firm offers hybrid working, competitive benefits, and a collegiate, supportive culture. Strong experience in business development and client relationship management is a valued skill, but this is a busy team that requires a safe pair of hands foremost. This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking firm, take on high-quality work, and play a key role in the continued growth and development of the construction team.
