Salary: £110,000-£125,000
PQE Level: partner
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Full-Time

Our longstanding client, a fast growing and highly profitable mid-market City law firm has a strong reputation within the insurance sector and is looking to recruit a corporate director to specialise in the insurance space.

• Insurance M&A, JVs, corporate restructurings
• Portfolio transfers
• PRA/FCA
• Advising insurers, brokers, MGAs, reinsurers, other FCA regulated companies

The successful candidate will be an E&W qualified solicitor with at least 6 years PQE specialising in corporate law within the insurance sector within a UK law firm.
