Real Estate Finance Paralegal

Milton Keynes | Office-based

A new opportunity has arisen for a Paralegal to join a busy Real Estate Finance team in Milton Keynes. This role offers excellent exposure to a wide range of property finance transactions and would suit a detail-oriented paralegal looking to develop their career in this area.

You will work closely with solicitors and partners to support on a variety of matters, assisting with transactional work from instruction through to completion. This includes preparing and reviewing loan agreements, mortgage deeds and security documents, as well as carrying out property due diligence such as reviewing titles, leases and searches.

The role also involves drafting reports on title, handling post-completion processes including Land Registry and Companies House registrations, and ensuring files are managed in line with regulatory requirements. You will act as a key point of contact for clients, lenders and other stakeholders, providing updates and maintaining strong working relationships.

Candidates should have strong organisational skills, the ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines, and excellent communication skills. Experience in real estate finance, property law or banking and finance is desirable.

This position is full-time and office-based in Milton Keynes, with attendance required five days per week.
