A well-established and highly regarded Dorset firm is seeking a junior Private Client fee earner to join their friendly Bridport office.

The firm has a strong local reputation for providing high quality legal advice across a range of services, with a particular focus on delivering a personal and approachable service to clients. The firm offers a supportive and collaborative environment, making it an excellent place to develop your career.

This role would suit a junior-level fee earner, such as a Legal Executive (CILEx) or a Level 4/7 Paralegal, who is looking to build their experience within private client work. You will assist with and gradually manage your own caseload, including matters such as wills, probate, estate administration and lasting powers of attorney.

The role is fully office-based in Bridport, offering hands-on support and mentorship from experienced colleagues.

The ideal candidate will have some prior experience in private client work, strong organisational skills, and a professional, empathetic approach when dealing with clients. A willingness to learn and develop within a supportive team is essential.
