The role will involve:

• Leading and advising on sophisticated banking, corporate finance, and transactional matters
• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships, with a demonstrable following
• Contributing to business development and the continued growth of the practice
• Mentoring and supporting junior lawyers within the team
