Conveyancing Fee Earner - Bridgend - 2+ Years Experience

Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 (dependent on experience)

A highly regarded law firm is seeking a Conveyancing Fee Earner to join its growing Conveyancing Department in Bridgend. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious conveyancer looking for a role with significant developmental potential, working within a progressive team in a supportive environment.

The Role
You'll be responsible for handling all aspects of conveyancing, including:

  • Managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other professionals
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and professional standards
  • Contributing to the strategic development of the department
  • Delivering excellent client service and maintaining strong relationships


Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a conveyancer with:

  • Proven technical ability in residential conveyancing
  • Strong client care and communication skills
  • Commercial awareness and a proactive mindset
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
