A leading international law firm is seeking a talented Corporate Associate (1-4 years PQE) to join its highly regarded Energy, Natural Resources & Infrastructure (ENRI) team in Bristol. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on complex, cross border transactions across the full ENRI spectrum, including mining, power (renewables and conventional), oil & gas, digital infrastructure and wider infrastructure assets.

You will work with a diverse client base including corporates, investment funds, development finance institutions, governments and commercial banks. With over 100 lawyers globally advising on ENRI transactions, the team offers outstanding international exposure, high quality work and a collaborative, supportive environment.

The Role
You will join a collegiate and well respected corporate group, working alongside market leading lawyers on matters such as:

  • Cross border private M&A transactions
  • Investments and joint ventures across ENRI asset classes
  • Corporate structuring and transactional support for major infrastructure projects
  • Advising global corporates, funds and financial institutions
  • Supporting senior lawyers on complex, multi jurisdictional mandates


This role offers significant client contact, international workstreams and the opportunity to develop deep sector expertise.

Candidate Requirements
This position is ideal for a lawyer with:

  • 1-4 years' PQE gained at an international or national firm
  • Strong private M&A experience, ideally with exposure to ENRI sectors
  • Excellent drafting skills and strong attention to detail
  • A proactive, commercial mindset and a collaborative "one team" approach
  • Strong academic background and excellent communication skills
  • Enthusiasm for working on complex, cross border matters
