Leading Herefordshire firm has an opportunity for a Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their busy department.

You will run your own caseload and will deal with freehold and leasehold residential investment property for high net worth individuals. You will have experience of:

• Drafting and negotiation of contracts and leases
• Joint venture agreements
• Preparation of standard information packs on re-sales
• Full understanding and familiarity with SDLT and applicable reliefs

You will also be able to demonstrate an interest in marketing and business development.
