Associate Solicitor - Family and Divorce - Wiltshire - 4+ Years PQE

A respected law firm is seeking an experienced Family and Divorce Associate Solicitor with 4+ years' post-qualification experience to join its growing Family and Divorce Team in Wiltshire. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in developing a newly expanding department, working on complex and high-value family law matters in a supportive and collaborative environment.

The Role
You'll be responsible for managing a varied caseload of family law matters, including:

  • Complex divorce and separation cases, including those involving international elements, business assets, and trusts
  • Matrimonial finance, child arrangements, and prenuptial agreements
  • Assisting the Team Lead in developing strategies to enhance services and client satisfaction
  • Mentoring and supervising junior lawyers and support staff
  • Liaising with other departments to provide a comprehensive client service
  • Participating in business development activities, including networking, seminars, and workshops
  • Promoting the team's services and ethos through marketing and professional networks
  • Staying updated with the latest developments in family law


Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a qualified solicitor or legal executive with:

  • Minimum of 4 years PQE in family law
  • Proven track record in handling complex financial remedy and high-net-worth clients
  • Strong leadership skills and ideally some experience managing others
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with sensitivity in handling delicate matters
  • Commitment to high ethical standards and professionalism
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong organisational skills and proactive mindset
