Senior Commercial Property Lawyer - South West - 7+ Years PQE
Location: South West (multiple offices, with hybrid flexibility)
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time (with home-working options)
Salary: £65,000 - £90,000 (dependent on experience)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a senior lawyer to join a growing Commercial Department specialising in Commercial Property law. The team is expanding and welcomes applications from candidates with strong general commercial property expertise, as well as those bringing specialist knowledge to complement the existing breadth of skills.

The Role
You'll be responsible for leading and managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including:

  • Transactional and non-litigious commercial property work
  • Acquisitions, disposals, and landlord/tenant transactions
  • Development and investment projects
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Managing and mentoring junior lawyers within the team
  • Contributing to the growth and development of the department
  • This is a non-litigious team, focused purely on transactional and commercial work. The role offers flexibility across multiple offices and home-working options to support a positive work/life balance.


Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a senior lawyer with:

  • 7+ years PQE in commercial property law
  • Strong technical expertise and attention to detail
  • Demonstrable ability to manage files independently
  • Proven experience in managing staff and leading teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Enthusiasm, resilience, and a collaborative mindset
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality client service
