Senior Associate / Partner - Residential Property -Gloucestershire
Location: Gloucestershire (Hybrid working available)

Salary: £65,000 - £110,000 (DOE)

A respected and forward thinking regional law firm is seeking a Senior Associate or Partner specialising in Residential Property to join its expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity to take a leading role within a growing department, shape its future direction, and make a meaningful impact within a supportive, ambitious firm.

The Role
You'll manage a high quality and varied residential property caseload, with responsibilities including:

  • Running your own caseload with support from the wider team
  • Leading, mentoring and developing a high performing residential property team (Partner level)
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues across the firm to service a broad range of clients
  • Developing new and existing client relationships and identifying quality business opportunities
  • Building strong connections with local professionals and integrating into the regional business community
  • Actively networking and raising the firm's profile through events and local engagement
  • Demonstrating strong technical ability across sales, purchases, leases, refinancing, development agreements and complex residential transactions


Please note: your first day may be based at an alternative office for group onboarding, so a willingness to travel is required.

Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to an experienced Residential Property lawyer who is:

  • A qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive
  • Confident, proactive and commercially minded
  • Skilled in managing a varied and high quality residential property caseload
  • Strong in communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Experienced in business development and able to generate new work
  • Capable of mentoring and developing junior team members (Senior Associate / Partner level)
  • Competent with IT systems, data management tools and Microsoft Office
  • Passionate about delivering excellent client service
