We are working with a well-established practice who are looking for an experienced residential conveyancer to join their property team.

The role will involve handling a wide range of residential property matters from initial instruction to post completion. The existing caseload will include a mix of residential conveyancing matters, including sales and purchases, leasehold, remortgages, shared ownership and transfers of equity.

The ideal candidate will be qualified as a solicitor or legal executive, with proven experience of working in a conveyancing team as a fee earner. You will possess strong conveyancing experience and be confident in independently managing your own caseload.

You will be joining a firm who are very established but have moved into the Gloucestershire area.
