A highly regarded and Legal 500 recognised firm is seeking a talented and ambitious Clinical Negligence / Personal Injury Solicitor to join its award winning team in Bristol. You will be working closely with the Head of Department.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on high quality, complex, and often life changing cases within a supportive, collaborative environment. The team works closely with colleagues across Trusts, Court of Protection, and Wills & Probate, ensuring a holistic service for clients.

The Role
You'll be responsible for managing your own caseload and contributing to the wider team, including:

  • Running cases from initial client onboarding through to settlement or trial
  • Drafting high quality legal documents and correspondence
  • Communicating effectively with clients, experts, and professionals
  • Demonstrating strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Working confidently in a paper light, IT focused environment
  • Providing clear, sensitive, and practical advice to clients
  • Networking effectively and supporting marketing initiatives
  • Applying strong technical knowledge and legal expertise


Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a qualified solicitor with:

  • 3+ years PQE in clinical negligence and/or personal injury
  • Strong drafting and communication skills
  • Excellent client care abilities and emotional intelligence
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy caseload
  • Confidence in networking and supporting business development
  • A proactive, collaborative, and professional approach
