A well regarded private client team in Devon is seeking an experienced Trusts Solicitor to join its growing practice. The successful candidate will handle a varied portfolio of trust matters, providing specialist advice on trust administration, taxation and long term wealth planning.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with high net worth clients, trustees and beneficiaries while contributing to the continued development of the department.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on the creation, administration and restructuring of trusts
• Provide clear, commercially aware guidance on trust taxation
• Manage a diverse caseload, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Prepare trust accounts, tax returns and related documentation
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across private client, property and corporate teams

With a private client background and trust administration experience, the successful candidate must be able to manage their own caseload.
