Family Childcare Senior Associate - Exeter

My client is a well established, multi office regional firm with a strong reputation across the South West and a number of lawyers recognised in leading legal directories. They are seeking an experienced Family Childcare Senior Associate to join their highly regarded and friendly team in Exeter. This is a great opportunity to work on a broad mix of high quality public and private childcare matters within an exceptionally supportive environment known for its strong culture and genuine commitment to its people.

To be considered for this role you must:

  • Be a qualified Solicitor or CILEX Fellow (advocacy certificate required)
  • Have strong experience in childcare law, including care proceedings, PLO, adoption and private law matters
  • Be a confident advocate who enjoys representing clients in court
  • Possess excellent communication, organisation and client care skills
  • Work effectively both independently and as part of a close knit team

On offer is the chance to join a respected and growing firm that combines the resources of a larger practice with the warmth and flexibility of a smaller one. You'll benefit from a competitive salary, flexible working, generous holiday allowance (including your birthday off), private healthcare, pension, life assurance, wellbeing perks and plenty of opportunities to get involved in social and community initiatives.

If you are a passionate childcare lawyer looking to take the next step in your career with a supportive and people focused firm, please contact Hannah Somers at Chadwick Nott in absolute confidence.
