A leading Thames Valley practice is seeking a talented Corporate Solicitor to join its highly regarded team. This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer with solid transactional experience to take on high‑quality work within a supportive and well-structured environment.

You'll advise on a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, restructures, shareholder arrangements and general corporate governance. The team acts for an impressive mix of privately owned businesses, growth companies, investors and national organisations, offering genuine variety and client exposure.
