Job title: Regulatory Solicitor
Location: Multiple Locations across the South East
Salary: £60,000-£80,000+
PQE Level: 1+ PQE
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Full-time

Join a nationally recognised regulatory practice handling high‑profile, meaningful work that helps shape professional standards. Our client is seeking an experienced lawyer with a background in healthcare fitness‑to‑practise or wider professional regulation to support a growing caseload following major client wins.

You'll manage complex investigations, prepare cases for tribunal hearings, and contribute to appeals and High Court matters. The role offers exposure to influential regulators across health, social care, education and accountancy, along with opportunities to develop as a legal adviser to panels.

You'll be part of a large, collaborative team known for excellence, with strong training, flexible working and clear progression.
