Residential Property Solicitor - Cardiff

We are looking for a residential property solicitor/CILEX/Licenced Conveyancer to join a successful residential property solicitor for their central Cardiff office.

You will be managing a busy residential property caseload to include sales and purchases, leasehold, re-mortgages, new build work and transfers of equity.

Candidate requirements:

• A qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer
• 1+ years' PQE in residential conveyancing
• Proven ability to handle a busy caseload with minimal supervision
• Strong client care and communication skills
• A genuine enthusiasm for contributing to the growth and success of the team
