A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a driven Commercial Solicitor to join a highly regarded international firm with a strong regional footprint. This is an ideal role for someone who wants top-quality work without sacrificing work/life balance.

You'll advise on a broad mix of commercial matters across sectors including life sciences, healthcare, hospitality, finance and security. The work spans commercial agreements, data protection and wider commercial advisory work, with the chance to support the Corporate team on IP and data protection issues within transactional matters.

You'll work closely with experienced partners, gaining exposure to complex, high value work while benefiting from a collaborative culture, excellent clients and clear progression pathways.
