Corporate Commercial Solicitor - South Bucks / Hybrid Working

Leading Northern Home Counties firm has a new opportunity for a Corporate Commercial Solicitor.

The team are ranked in Legal 500 and Chambers and a require a Senior Associate with a minimum of 5 years' PQE due to an increase in work. You will undertake a broad caseload including commercial contracts, joint ventures, business and share sales and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and constitutional and shareholder issues.

You will have direct exposure to a wide variety of clients including serial entrepreneurs, owner managed businesses, mid-tier corporates and overseas business with a UK presence.

You will work within a friendly and cohesive team and be given a high degree of autonomy. You will run your own caseload, and work with all the support and guidance you need from other experienced lawyers in the team.
