Residential Property Lawyer - Rhondda Cynon Taf - 3+ Years PQE
Location: Rhondda Cynon Taf, South Wales

Salary: £40,000 to £60,000 (depending on experience)

An award winning, well established South Wales law firm is seeking a Residential Property Lawyer to join its thriving Property team in Rhondda Cynon Taf. The Role
You will manage a varied and busy caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including:

  • Sales and purchases
  • Re mortgages
  • Transfers of equity
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts, leases, and associated documents
  • Managing files from initial instruction through to completion
  • Providing clear, expert legal advice throughout the conveyancing process
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Contributing to a positive, team focused culture
  • Keeping up to date with changes in property law and conveyancing practice


Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a qualified professional with:

  • Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer status
  • 3+ years PQE in residential property (flexibility for the right candidate)
  • Proven experience handling a full residential conveyancing caseload
  • Strong technical knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures
  • Excellent communication and client care skills
  • Ability to manage a busy workload with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Confidence working independently and collaboratively
  • A commercial mindset and enthusiasm for building client relationships
