Our client is a highly respected firm with a strong reputation for corporate services. They are seeking a senior solicitor to join their highly successful team.

Based in Stoke, with hybrid working on offer, you will join a friendly, partner led team handling a broad range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and MBOs and MBIs.

You will play a key role in this friendly high performing team, undertaking a high value work for household names and mentor and supervise juniors in the team.
