Litigation Solicitor - 5+ PQE
Location: Dorset
£40,000-£60,000

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a specialist dispute resolution team with a well-established and highly regarded Dorset law firm.

The role:

• Permanent, full-time (35 hours per week, Monday-Friday)
• Based across Dorset offices, with occasional travel between branches
• Broad caseload of dispute resolution matters, offering variety and challenge

Candidate requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor or CILEx with 5+ years' PQE
• Strong background in handling a wide range of litigation work
• Higher Rights of Audience desirable but not essential
• Confident, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Excellent organisation and communication skills with a client-focused approach
