Our client is a regional firm who are seeking a senior residential property solicitor to join their busy team.

Responsibilities

• Dealing with residential property transactions from instruction to completion
• Assisting with the development of junior team members through supervision and training
• Liaising with clients, estate agents and lenders
• Attending networking events to build your reputation and develop professional connections

About you

• Qualified solicitor with 4+ PQE in residential conveyancing
• Proven track record of handling a broad range of residential property transactions
• Leadership skills with the ability to supervise and mentor junior team members
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

You will deliver an excellent service to clients, whilst progressing your own personal development, in a welcoming and supportive environment.
