Salary: £90,000-£100,000
PQE Level: NQ-2 PQE

• Our longstanding client, a prestigious mid-sized City law firm has a well ranked and expanding real estate litigation team.

Role:
Commercial and residential property disputes on behalf of developers, investors, financial institutions and high profile Central London estates

• L&T
• Contractual disputes including relating to acquisitions and disposals and development agreements
• Adverse possession and trespass
• Boundary disputes
• Rights to light
• Party wall disputes
• Beneficial interest
• Property related insolvency
