Associate - Residential Property - Bournemouth - Hybrid

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join a thriving and forward-thinking team in Bournemouth. This is a chance to become a key figure within a well-established property department, working with a diverse client base on a wide range of high-quality residential matters.

The successful candidate will take ownership of a busy and varied caseload, managing transactions from initial instruction through to completion and beyond. This role offers genuine autonomy while also providing the support of a collaborative team environment. There is real scope to influence the growth of the practice, mentor junior colleagues, and develop strong local connections.

This position would suit a confident solicitor or legal executive with at least four years' post-qualification experience, who is commercially aware, client-focused, and driven to progress their career in a dynamic setting.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters independently
  • Supervising and supporting junior team members and support staff
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and referrers
  • Contributing to business development and networking initiatives

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated property lawyer seeking long-term progression and a rewarding role in a growing Bournemouth team.
