Solicitor - Employment - Bristol - Hybrid
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Newly Qualified Employment Solicitor to join a dynamic and highly regarded employment team in Bristol. This role offers the chance to work closely with experienced lawyers on complex, high-value matters, advising senior executives and professionals on sensitive workplace issues.
The successful candidate will be part of a team recognised for delivering clear, commercially focused advice in situations where discretion and strategic thinking are essential. From navigating challenging exits to resolving contentious disputes, this is a role that promises real responsibility and meaningful client interaction from day one.
Working in a collaborative and supportive environment, the NQ solicitor will develop expertise across a broad range of employment matters while building strong client relationships and contributing to the continued success of the team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Advising on restrictive covenants, including enforceability and related disputes
- Supporting exit negotiations and settlement agreements to achieve optimal outcomes
- Assisting with employment tribunal claims such as unfair dismissal and discrimination
- Contributing to partnership disputes and complex senior-level exits
