Solicitor or Associate - Property Litigation - Bristol - Hybrid
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Property Litigation Solicitor or Associate to join a highly regarded team in Bristol. This role offers exposure to a broad and high-quality caseload, advising a diverse range of clients including commercial businesses, developers, investors, public sector bodies and private individuals.
The successful candidate will work alongside experienced and well-recognised practitioners on complex and challenging disputes, gaining hands-on experience from the outset. The team is known for its strength in handling sophisticated real estate litigation matters, including telecoms and development-related disputes, making this an excellent platform for career progression and specialisation.

Key responsibilities include:
- Advising on a wide range of property disputes, including landlord and tenant issues, rights of light and covenant breaches.
- Supporting and managing litigation, including complex contractual and development disputes.
- Assisting with telecoms and infrastructure-related matters, including Electronic Communications Code issues.
- Working closely with senior lawyers and contributing to client strategy and case management.
