An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Paralegal to join a highly regarded Personal Injury team, supporting on complex and high-value claimant matters, including serious injury and asbestos-related disease claims.

This role will involve working closely with senior fee earners, assisting on a range of complex cases while gaining valuable experience in personal injury and industrial disease litigation. You will support with case preparation, legal research, drafting documents and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities include handling initial client enquiries, preparing correspondence and court documents, assisting with court bundles, conducting research (including defendant tracing), and supporting the progression of cases. You will also contribute to administrative tasks and ensure case management systems are kept up to date.

There is also an opportunity to get involved in marketing and business development activities, including writing articles, managing social media and attending events.

The ideal candidate will have some prior experience in claimant personal injury or industrial disease work, although this is not essential. A strong interest in this area of law, excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are key.
