Associate or Senior Associate - Real Estate - Cardiff - Hybrid
A leading law firm is seeking an experienced Associate or Senior Associate to join its dynamic Real Estate team in Cardiff. With a global presence and a reputation for delivering high-quality, commercially focused advice, the firm offers an environment where ambition, collaboration, and innovation are at the forefront. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven lawyer with around eight years' post-qualification experience to play a key role in complex, high-value property transactions.
Working alongside a highly regarded team of partners and senior lawyers, the successful candidate will advise a diverse client base, including major investors, developers, and corporate occupiers. The role offers exposure to a wide range of real estate matters and the chance to contribute to business growth while mentoring junior colleagues.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading on acquisitions, disposals, lettings, and asset management matters
- Drafting and negotiating complex property documentation
- Managing transactions end-to-end while maintaining excellent client relationships
- Supporting team development and driving business development initiatives
