Job Title: Commercial Property Senior Associate- North London law firm- Clear partner track
Salary: £65,000-£80,000
PQE Level: 5-10 PQE
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Full-Time

• Our longstanding client, a pre-eminent North London based commercial law firm with a strong commercial property practice.

Role:

• Leading a broad range of commercial property transactions including sales, purchases, development, and real estate financing
• Providing support to one of the key equity partners
• Eclectic client base including HNWIs, entrepreneurs, privately owned companies, overseas investors, developers, lenders
• Mentoring more junior staff

Successful candidate:

• 5-10 PQE, England & Wales qualified solicitor
• Commercial property experience gained within a UK law firm
