  • Our longstanding client, a Top 100 City law firm, with a strong reputation advising public sector clients.


Role:
Commercial property for primarily public sector clients:

  • Town centre redevelopment including mixed use
  • Advising councils on the development of university campus sites
  • Advising London boroughs in relation to scoping and screening opinions in relation to development work
  • Advising schools, academies, and charities on development projects
  • Property aspects of academy conversion and changing school status
  • Leases, licenses, and development agreements
  • Compulsory purchase

Successful candidate:

  • 7-10 PQE, England & Wales qualified solicitor
  • Must have UK real estate public sector experience gained within a UK law firm of at least 7 years experience
