Solicitor - Property Litigation - Bristol - Hybrid

An ambitious Property Litigation Solicitor is sought to join a thriving Dispute Resolution team in the heart of Bristol. This opportunity offers exposure to high-quality work driven by strong client demand and an expanding commercial division. The team is highly regarded for its expertise across landlord and tenant matters and complex real estate disputes.

The successful candidate will take ownership of a varied caseload while contributing to the continued growth of the department. They will work closely with experienced colleagues while developing their own profile in the market.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing disputes involving residential and commercial property matters
  • Handling boundary issues, easements and ownership claims
  • Advising on lease renewals, possession and dilapidations
  • Supporting business development and client relationship growth
