Associate or Senior Associate - Clinical Negligence - Bristol - Hybrid

An outstanding opportunity has emerged for a skilled Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join a highly regarded, top-tier team in central Bristol. This role offers exposure to complex, high-value claims within a supportive and well-resourced environment known for excellence and innovation.

The successful candidate will handle a challenging caseload of pre-action and litigated matters, working alongside recognised specialists while gaining exposure to serious and high-profile claims. They will play a key role in maintaining exceptional client care standards and contributing to the continued strength and reputation of the department.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing complex clinical negligence cases from inception to resolution
• Advising clients on funding options including CFAs and insurance
• Drafting legal documents and instructing leading experts and counsel
• Supporting business development and mentoring junior colleagues

This position is ideal for an experienced solicitor with strong technical ability, commercial awareness, and leadership potential.
