Solicitor - Private Client (Trusts) - Taunton - Hybrid

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Trusts Solicitor to join a highly regarded private client team in Somerset, working with high-net-worth individuals on complex and rewarding matters.

This role sits within a fast-moving tax and trusts practice, offering exposure to sophisticated work involving wealth structuring, trust administration and strategic tax planning. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with experienced professionals, delivering tailored advice and building long-term client relationships.

The position offers a dynamic environment with a mix of office and flexible working, alongside genuine prospects for development and progression.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing a varied caseload of trust administration, compliance and advisory matters
• Advising on trust structures, tax implications and wealth preservation strategies
• Drafting trust documentation, including deeds and letters of wishes
• Working collaboratively with tax specialists to provide holistic client solutions

The ideal candidate will have strong trust experience, excellent organisational skills and a proactive, client-focused approach, thriving in a busy environment.
