An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Private Client Solicitor to join a thriving and forward-thinking team based in Gloucestershire. This role offers exposure to a broad range of high-quality work, supporting clients with their personal and family affairs while delivering exceptional service. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload and build strong, lasting relationships, working closely with colleagues to drive the department's continued success.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting client consultations and providing tailored advice on Wills, trusts, probate and powers of attorney
• Managing matters relating to estate administration, capacity issues and Court of Protection work
• Drafting high-quality legal documentation and ensuring files are maintained efficiently and accurately
• Contributing to business development, networking and achieving financial and performance targets
