Solicitor or Associate - Real Estate - Cardiff - Hybrid

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor or Associate to join a well-established Commercial Property team based in Cardiff. The successful candidate will work within a dynamic and supportive environment, advising a diverse client base that spans both public and private sectors, including developers, investors, lenders and public bodies.

This role offers exposure to a wide range of high-value real estate transactions, providing an opportunity to develop strong technical expertise while working alongside experienced colleagues on complex and varied matters. The individual will play an active role in client engagement and will contribute to the continued success and growth of the team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Drafting and negotiating leases, contracts, transfers and ancillary property documents
• Managing acquisitions, disposals and development matters, including mixed-use schemes
• Undertaking due diligence, including title review, searches and reporting
• Building strong client relationships and supporting business development activity
