Associate or Senior Associate - Construction (Contentious) - Bristol - Hybrid
An opportunity has arisen for an Associate or Senior Associate to join a highly regarded Construction Disputes team, advising on complex and high-value contentious matters across the UK and internationally. Working within a collaborative and high-performing environment, the role offers exposure to a wide range of disputes arising from major infrastructure, engineering and real estate projects.
The successful candidate will support senior lawyers on sophisticated matters while also taking ownership of discrete workstreams. They will act for a diverse client base, delivering commercially focused advice across all stages of the dispute lifecycle, from early risk management through to formal proceedings.
Key responsibilities include:
- Advising on construction disputes across litigation, arbitration, adjudication and mediation
- Handling claims involving delay, disruption, defects and payment disputes
- Supporting proceedings in the Technology and Construction Court and international forums
- Building strong client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives
