You will:

    • Rural land sales, acquisitions and development
    • Renewable energy and diversification projects

  • Support on complex transactions alongside senior lawyers
  • Supervise junior team members
  • Play an active role in business development and sector networking

Candidate Requirements
You will:

  • Be a qualified solicitor with strong real estate experience (rural exposure helpful but not essential)

  • Be confident managing your own matters and advising clients directly
  • Demonstrate strong drafting and commercial awareness
  • Be interested in the rural sector and its evolving landscape
  • Have the ability or desire to mentor junior lawyers
  • Be proactive, personable and commercially minded

Why Join?

You'll be joining a well-regarded national firm with a strong presence in the rural sector and consistent Legal 500 and Chambers recognition. The team is growing, offering genuine scope to progress while working on a broad mix of high-quality work from traditional estate matters to modern development and renewable projects.

It's a collaborative, down-to-earth environment where you'll be given responsibility, encouraged to build your profile, and supported to develop your career long-term.
