Associate or Senior Associate - Family - Bournemouth - Hybrid
A highly regarded law firm in Bournemouth is seeking a Family Associate or Senior Associate to join its ambitious and well-established team. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside leading Partners on high-quality matters while also developing an independent caseload. The team is recognised for handling complex and high-value work, offering exposure to sophisticated clients and challenging cases.
The successful candidate will advise on a broad range of family matters, including high net worth financial disputes, private children cases, and nuptial agreements. The role offers a balance of autonomy and collaboration, with excellent opportunities for progression and professional development.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a varied caseload of family matters including divorce, finances, and children work
- Advising on complex financial arrangements involving trusts, business assets, and pensions
- Supporting Partners on high-value cases while mentoring junior team members
- Driving business development and building strong professional relationships
This role would suit a technically strong and commercially aware lawyer with excellent client care skills. A strategic, proactive approach and the ability to deliver clear, pragmatic advice are essential for success.
