Associate - Energy, Natural Resources & Infrastructure (ENRI) - Bristol - 0-3 Years PQE

Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 (depending on PQE and experience)

A leading international firm is seeking an Associate (0-3 PQE) to join its highly regarded Energy, Natural Resources & Infrastructure (ENRI) team in Bristol. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on high profile domestic and international projects that sit at the heart of economic growth, energy transition and sustainable development.

The Role
You'll work as part of a collaborative, high performing team advising sponsors, developers, lenders, investors and public sector bodies across a broad range of ENRI matters. Your work will include:

• Project Finance - advising lenders, sponsors and developers on the financing of major energy and infrastructure projects
• Corporate Transactions - supporting M&A, joint ventures and investments within the ENRI sector
• Project Documentation - drafting and negotiating key project agreements across the full project lifecycle
• Supporting complex cross border matters and working closely with colleagues across the firm's international network
• Contributing to the delivery of strategic, commercially focused advice across conventional and renewable power, infrastructure, natural resources, digital assets and more

Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a solicitor with:

• 0-3 years' PQE
• Experience in one or more of the following: project finance, project development, corporate transactions, commercial contracts
• A genuine interest in the energy, infrastructure and natural resources sectors
• Strong technical drafting skills and excellent attention to detail
• A collaborative, proactive and commercially minded approach
• The ability to understand client objectives and deliver practical, solutions focused advice
• Qualification as an SRA registered solicitor
