A highly regarded and ambitious regional law firm is seeking an experienced Private Crime Solicitor to join its growing Litigation team. With flexible office locations across the Thames Valley, this is a key opportunity to help shape and expand a developing private criminal practice within a forward‑thinking firm.

The role offers a diverse caseload of privately funded matters, including advisory work, police station representation, Magistrates' Court advocacy and Crown Court litigation. You will play a central role in building client relationships, developing referral networks, and contributing to the strategic growth of the offering.

This position will suit a commercially minded criminal lawyer with a proven track record in generating private work, strong client care skills, and confidence in business development. Experience in regulatory crime, fraud or complex investigations would be advantageous.
