Job Title: Restructuring & Insolvency Associate- Top 20 City Law Firm
Salary: £124,000-£135,000
PQE Level: 1-3 PQE
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Full-Time

Firm:

• Our longstanding client, a prestigious Top 20 City law firm with a highly regarded restructuring & insolvency team.

Role:

• Financial restructurings and workouts including debt for equity swaps and schemes of arrangement
• Special situations and strategic investments to include NPL and loan-to own strategies
• Distressed M&A and pre pack
• Formal insolvency including liquidations, receivership, administrations
• Cross border restructurings

Successful candidate:

• 1-3 PQE, England & Wales qualified solicitor
