The Role

This is an exciting opening for an experienced Family Solicitor (5-8 years PQE) to join a top tier team with an exceptional reputation for complex, high value family work.

You'll handle a stimulating mix of matters, working both independently and alongside respected Partners who are recognised leaders in their field. Expect exposure to high net worth financial cases, intricate private law children matters and a broad range of family issues requiring strategic thinking, technical precision and outstanding client care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing and developing your own varied caseload
  • Leading on matters while also supporting Partner led cases
  • Coaching and supporting junior team members
  • Delivering exceptional client service and clear, confident communication
  • Contributing to business development and marketing initiatives


Candidate Requirements
You will have solid post qualification experience in family law, including:

  • Divorce and separation
  • High value or complex financial arrangements (including trusts, business assets, foreign assets and pensions)
  • Cohabitation matters
  • Pre and post nuptial agreements
  • Private law children work


You will also bring:

  • Strong technical expertise and attention to detail
  • Excellent client handling skills
  • The ability to explain complex issues clearly and confidently
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • A commercial approach and interest in business development
  • Confidence using digital tools to work efficiently
