The Role

A great opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager to support a specialist Military department helping service personnel and veterans. You'll play a central role in keeping the department running smoothly, supporting teams and driving operational excellence.

You will:

  • Produce and present MI and KPI reports
  • Monitor team performance, workloads and SLAs
  • Support financial and operational performance
  • Manage resource planning across multiple teams
  • Oversee onboarding, training and development
  • Drive process improvements and efficiencies
  • Act as a key link between legal teams and support functions
  • Build strong internal stakeholder relationships

This is a fast paced, varied role ideal for someone who enjoys problem solving and supporting high performing teams.

Candidate Requirements
We're looking for someone with operational management experience in a professional services or high volume environment.

You'll bring:

  • Strong organisational and people management skills
  • Confidence analysing performance data
  • Ability to manage competing priorities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder skills
  • A collaborative, solutions focused approach
  • Experience supporting team development and engagement
  • Legal sector experience is desired
