• Our longstanding client, a prestigious City law firm is looking to recruit a non-contentious construction NQ into their large and highly ranked team.

Role:
The team undertakes non-contentious construction work from a real estate perspective and recent projects include:

• Advising a household name on construction documentation regarding their UK expansion
• Advising a local authority on the design and construction of an olympic sized sports facility
• Cafe and landscape developments
• Forward funded student accomodation
• UHNW residential development

Key attractions:

• Highly ranked team focusing on non-contentious construction from a real estate perspective
• Healthy work life balance- low chargeable hour target
• Focus on mentoring and career development

Successful candidate:

• Must have completed a non-contentious construction seat within a City/leading law firm
• Preferably also completed a real estate seat
• September 2026 Qualifier
