Ready to shape landmark developments while enjoying life in one of England's most beautiful regions? This is a rare opportunity to join a highly regarded firm advising landowners and developers on complex, high-value planning matters.

You'll deliver strategic, early stage advice to maximise land value, navigating a fast-moving and increasingly complex planning landscape. From applications to appeals, you'll be a trusted adviser on projects that truly matter.

The role:

  • Lead on strategic planning advice from site appraisal through to determination and appeal
  • Advise on s.106 agreements, highways arrangements and development frameworks
  • Handle contentious work including judicial review and compulsory purchase matters
  • Collaborate with land agents, consultants and valuers on major schemes

This role offers genuine autonomy, a collegiate culture, and the chance to build something meaningful-without sacrificing quality of life.
