Job Title: Restructuring & Insolvency Senior Associate (Non-Contentious)- Top 20 Law Firm
Salary: £120,000-£140,000
PQE Level: 6-10 PQE
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Full-Time

Firm:

  • 5Our longstanding client, a mid-market Top 20 City law firm is firmly in expansion mode.


Role:

  • Non-contentious restructuring & insolvency
  • Non-contentious insolvency matters including pre-pack insolvencies, administrations, liquidations
  • Drafting standstill agreements, waivers, defaults, reservations of rights
  • Administration and receivership appointments
  • Validity of secured lenders security
  • Advising banks and financial institutions in relation to enforcement including insolvency options
  • General banking knowledge such as facility and security documents

Successful candidate:

  • 6-10 PQE, England & Wales qualified solicitor
