A growing Residential Property team is seeking Conveyancers at all levels - from experienced assistants to qualified fee earners - to support continued expansion. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a supportive, collaborative and high performing team handling a broad range of residential conveyancing matters.

The Role
You will play a key role within the Residential Property team, supporting clients across the full lifecycle of a conveyancing transaction. Responsibilities will vary depending on experience and may include:

  • Managing your own caseload of residential sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity
  • Supporting qualified fee earners with all stages of a transaction
  • Handling title checks, enquiries, searches, reporting and post completion work
  • Liaising directly with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors
  • Ensuring progress is clearly communicated and transactions move forward efficiently
  • Maintaining accurate file management and compliance with CQS standards
  • Contributing to a positive team culture and delivering an excellent client experience


For senior candidates (including Senior Associate level):

  • Managing a broad range of complex residential property matters
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients, agents and referrers
  • Providing clear, proactive communication to all parties throughout a transaction
  • Supporting junior team members and contributing to business development


Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to individuals with:
Experience working within a residential conveyancing team in a fee earning capacity
Ability to manage files or support fee earners across the full transaction lifecycle
Strong understanding of the residential conveyancing process
Good working knowledge of CQS standards (advantageous)
Excellent communication and client care skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a busy, supportive team
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

For senior roles:

  • Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer
  • Broad experience across a wide range of residential property transactions
  • Established relationships with clients, estate agents and other professionals
