Personal Injury Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive

Hybrid (initially office-based)

Salary DOE

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Personal Injury Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with litigation rights to join a busy and supportive team.

This role is ideal for a candidate with at least 3 years' PQE who is confident handling a high-volume caseload of Employer Liability and Public Liability claims. You will manage both Portal and non-Portal cases from start to finish, including litigated matters, primarily within the fast-track but with some multi-track exposure.

You will be responsible for running your own files with appropriate support, drafting correspondence and legal documents, advising clients clearly and effectively, and meeting fee-earning and time recording targets. The role also offers the opportunity to contribute to business development and strengthen relationships with clients and referrers.

Candidates should have strong working knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules, relevant pre-action protocols and the Damages Claims Portal. A commercial and client-focused approach is essential, along with excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.

This is a collaborative team environment where enthusiasm, initiative and a desire to progress are highly valued. You should be confident managing your own workload and keen to make a positive impact.

The role is full-time (35 hours per week). Hybrid working is available following an initial period of office-based training and integration into the team.
